  • How far in advance should I start planning my destination wedding?

    We recommend starting at least 12–18 months before your wedding date, especially for peak season (November through April) in the Riviera Maya. However, we've successfully planned beautiful weddings in as little as 6 months. The sooner you start, the more venue options you'll have.

  • Do I need to travel to Playa del Carmen before my wedding?

    While we love meeting our couples in person, it's not required. Many of our clients plan their entire wedding remotely through video calls, virtual venue tours, and our detailed planning portal. We typically recommend one visit 2-3 months before the wedding for final details.

  • What destinations do you cover?

    We're based in Playa del Carmen and plan events across the entire Riviera Maya  including Tulum, Cancún, and Isla Mujeres. Each destination has its own character and we'll help you find the perfect match for your celebration.

  • How much does a destination wedding in Mexico cost?

    Every wedding is unique, so costs vary based on guest count, venue, season, and your vision. We work with a wide range of budgets and will always be transparent about where your investment goes. Contact us for a personalized quote.

  • Can you work with vendors I've already chosen?

    Absolutely. If you have preferred vendors, we're happy to coordinate with them. We also have a curated network of trusted local professionals we can recommend for anything
